Orders:

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. CHAN offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our warehouse. Occasionally, however, we may be waiting for shipments from our suppliers. May it occur the item is sold out please sent an email to , to receive the updated information. Cleaning, ware and care

Special items need special care. See below precautions to take give the best care to your unique CHAN art photos and artwear.

Art Photography:
Store art photo in a dry place in the pouch provided as this helps avoid contact with other art photos and objects which may scratch, chip, tarnish and damage your CHAN art piece.

It is recommended you carefully wipe the art photo with a soft cleaning cloth to remove dust.

Avoiding contact with sharp objects, harsh chemicals and extreme heat including sunlight can prolong the life of your art photo.

Artwear:
Store your CHAN art piece in a dry place in the pouch provided as this helps avoid contact with other clothing and objects which may scratch, chip, tarnish and damage your CHAN art piece.

It is recommended you carefully clean the CHAN art piece. CHAN recommended to let the items blow out. For the Ready to wear items CHAN recommended to wash all the items inside out , together with other clothing in the washing machine 30 degrees.

Avoiding contact with sharp objects, harsh chemicals and extreme heat including sunlight can prolong the life of your art piece.

Warranty and repairs for CHAN artwear
CHAN guarantee the photo prints used for our products will last at least for 30 wash treatments if the correct washing procedure is used. For your convenience we have provided this information at each product placed on the website. Besides the photo prints we also guarantee the chains used will stay in their original color. The products which are edited with paint, the paint will fade while using, this is a natural process which actually gives the products the so desired worn look.
Although we take the upmost care to make sure your products will be in perfect condition it can happen you need a repair. For us to investigate, evaluate and offer the best solution you can sent an email to , explaining the problem, preferably with additional pictures.

Warranty and repairs for CHAN art photography
CHAN guarantee the art photo will be protected by the acrylic layer and/or epoxy on the art photo. All small 3D elements on the Unica Masterpieces will be protected by the epoxy layer. Also it is very important you will take good care of the art photo , scratches are made easily.
Although we take the upmost care to make sure your products will be in perfect condition it can happen you need a repair. For us to investigate, evaluate and offer the best solution you can sent an email to , explaining the problem, preferably with additional pictures.
